Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be allowed through the website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected jewellery products. Return eligibility and time period are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
2. Returns are accepted only in case of:

• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing item in a combo set

1. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our return address.
2. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests will be processed after the returned product is received and verified.
2. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), and invoices must be included.
• Products showing signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or alteration will not be accepted.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
• Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
• Minor color variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects.
